Mr. Pramath Kumar Barooah, Director, believed in self-reliance since his days as a student. With self-confidence as his only weapon, he ventured into the realm of business in 1981. For him, the ability of a human mind to touch the sky is limitless. He believes that no work is big or small and so does the person doing it.  This philosophy is widely practiced in his organisation, and this makes the workplace a happy place for the employees. Barooah has always endeavored to give the organisation a social identity and his public relations have made this possible. He once remarked that the rare thing in society today is honesty. Therefore, the rising generation must try to create a permanent place in society by marketing Honesty.

Barooah holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. However, he is keen on learning anything he could grab his hands on which resulted in having good exposure to technical areas like IT and Architecture. He believes that one must continue to make efforts to dive deeper into whatever he will be attached to in his life. He is a socially conscious person and despite his busy schedule, he regularly writes columns in daily newspapers and magazines on various issues of society and expresses his feelings candidly. 

Barooah started as an APWD Roads & Building contractor (1981-1986) and later worked in various organisations. In December 2003, he seeded his own business and now leads Baruah Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., efficiently managing administrative, financial, and marketing tasks. He excels in directing ongoing projects and despite being a commerce graduate, he masters technical topics for professional use, prioritizing youth development. Amid COVID-19, he readied a startup, merging his firms into Nishka Essentials Resources Pvt. Ltd., including "Nishka Swarnafalam," targeting youth employment in food processing and fiber from horticulture. Barooah is a also a leading advocate of Sustainable Housing Developments.

Ms. Preetisha Barooah, B.Sc(H), LLB is the mind behind the legal affairs of  Baruah Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. She is based out of Belgium and is responsible for directing the organisation towards new frontiers while remaining sustainable. She is a very enterprising woman and is loved by everyone in the organisation. 

Ms. Anasuya Baruah holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Pune University and possesses extensive experience in Environmental Clearance and Environmental Impact Assessment across various sectors. Her expertise includes data collection, conducting field visits, data analysis, impact identification and assessment, and development of mitigation plans. She is affiliated with Baruah Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. & Nishka Essentials Resources Pvt. Ltd., aiming to initiate environmental awareness within the company to promote environmental health in Assam. The company plans to launch a consultancy service in the near future spearheaded by Anasuya to further these objectives including but not limited to Sustainability Audit of organisations.

Mr. Priyam Ballav Goswami, Principal Consultant Architect, graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and has been running a successful practice, Magnidus Design in Delhi and Jorhat. He has worked on architectural, interior and landscape design of numerous projects of various scale and type, including residential, institutional and hospitality across the country. His areas of interest include vernacular architecture; landscape integrated built environments, disaster rehabilitation, public participation and natural farming as well as VAASTU CONSULTANCY. Mr. Goswami is associated with Baruah Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. since 2011. 

Mr. Aashrya Soni, Principal Consultant Architect and Co-founder at Magnidus Design Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He has worked on architectural, interior and landscape design involving numerous projects of various nature in Delhi and many other adjoining states and has been running a successful practice in Delhi. Soni is associating with BDIPL for the upcoming projects with the aim of creating modern yet sustainable architecture in Assam.

Mr. Dipankar J. Dutta, B.Com, oversees all accounting activities for the company, working closely under the guidance of a designated C.A. He has diligently fulfilled this role for the past two years, demonstrating a strong commitment to his responsibilities and contributing effectively to the financial operations of the organisation. Dipankar’s role involves managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. His dedication and expertise have significantly contributed to the company's financial stability and operational efficiency over the course of his tenure. 

Mr. Jayantajit Borkotoky is associated with BDIPL as a technical person with a strong commitment to his responsibilities and contributing effectively by playing a vital role in various field as per necessity in project planning and its executions. Jayantajit is a good coordinator, and his kind and charming behavior has always helped in cementing affable relationships with the authorities concerned for various technical works of the company. He is a team player and very popular with those involved in the organisation. He always strives to creating a healthy working environment in the organisation
